WHAT TO EXPECT

At CBH, we live and worship in a Jewish context and incorporate many Jewish traditions and liturgy in our Shabbat services. This can look like singing and worshipping in both Hebrew and English, and utilizing lots of Hebrew terminology.

ETIQUETTE & ATTIRE

Our worship services create a culture of honor in which the LORD can be glorified. That includes the way we dress and adorn ourselves, both in modesty and in traditional Jewish attire. Kippahs, Tallits, and Tzit Tzit are often worn by men as traditional garments of worship within our services. We encourage people to seek the LORD about how they can honor Him through their attire. Shabbat Service dress code is modest dressy casual, and weekly events are modest casual.
