pray first

One of the best parts of a Messianic community is the table fellowship. It’s this heart-to-heart connection over a delicious meal that brings healing to our souls and prepares us for deeper intimacy with the Lord. We are wired to be in community as we seek the Lord. Every year CBH hosts 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting in January. This year, we have prayerfully chosen to create a prayer culture that works within our strengths as a community. Our community loves to share delicious meals together that result in some of the most powerful times of prayer and worship.  A community who prays together stays together, and we believe this year will be one of motion and togetherness in ways we haven’t seen before.

Please join us every weekday evening for dinner and connection followed by prayer and worship. Our kickoff prayer gathering will be after service on Saturday, January 12th, 6:30-7:30pm for dinner, and 7:30-8:30pm for prayer. The weekday gatherings will be at the Hyslip Home, 5:00-6:00pm for dinner and 6:00-7:00pm for prayer. Children are encouraged to come and pray as well!

You can participate in the dinner by bringing items based on the schedule below or donate while you’re there using the

pushke we will have available.

This is the beginning of a unified, faith-filled year for CBH. Let’s start off strong by coming together to connect and seek the Lord.

Join us for dinner before prayer every weeknight at 5pm. Feel free to bring something to share from the meal schedule below OR donate to the meal fund by placing gifts into the pushke at the prayer gathering.

corporate prayer 6pm

CBH's Prayer Focus for our 21 Days of Prayer is the Jewish People. We aim to pair the anointing of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) with the richness of His Word as we corporately intercede and glorify the Lord. Each hour long prayer gathering will have a different focus under the same theme and will give attendees an opportunity to participate in prayer as well as pray in agreement with the prayer leader and worship leader of the day. #PrayFirst
